Who we are
Amplitude Ventures is a pre-seed venture studio based in Stavanger, Norway. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data when you visit amplitude.ventures.
What data we collect
We collect data through three channels: (1) Contact form submissions — your name, email, company, and brief are sent to Formspree and forwarded to build@amplitude.ventures. (2) Analytics — Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate location). (3) Advertising measurement — Meta Pixel collects interaction data to measure ad campaign effectiveness.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies set by Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for analytics and advertising measurement. These cookies are only loaded after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
How we use your data
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Analytics data helps us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. Advertising data helps us measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and reach relevant founders.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Form submissions are processed by Formspree (US-based, Privacy Shield certified). Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics 4). Ad measurement data is processed by Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel).
Your rights under GDPR
As a Norwegian company, we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent at any time, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months). You can request deletion of your data at any time.
